Returns & Refunds

You may request a refund or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at purehomesolutions0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
